The horticultural-garden is an orchard as well as a garden. It has a permanent structure and it uses crop rotations to help create a dynamic balance as close as possible to what is happening in nature. This promotes the health and fertility of the soil.

It is however a place of beauty and spirit that it’s alive and welcomes bugs and animals (turtles, bees, butterflies, birds and frogs) as a proper and real organism of which humans are part of.
